Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

The one in Herndon so much better, as a person who grew up with Herndon Chuck E. Cheese this was a complete disappointment. First they are 100% understaff there normally a person who stands at the gate but now they have the cashier saying “ take a selfie “ before you enter. Not much games at all and all games are winnings 2-3 tickets while the prizes are 100+ for decent prizes like a sour patch kid.. or if your child wants a plastic frog for 15. I remember when $5 took you a long way now minimum is $23

Kids love it. Generally kept up with. Seen them go through minor renovations over time. Staff is helpful though limited. Salad bar offeres alongside pizza gives a little balance. Can buy minutes or credits on game cards. Like all Chuck E Cheese, they do come with that minor play place foot smell.

Been to this place a few times and my daughter loves it, but my most recent experience is what is prompting this review. I took my daughter to her friend’s 6th birthday party here, and all was well. Kids were having fun, lots of pizza and cake, and Chuck E himself was out and mingling. But then disaster struck. Through a fluke, I dropped my daughter’s game card and it fell into one of the games. The party was almost over, so no big deal, except all of the tickets my daughter won were tallied on the card. I went to the front, and the manager Rick was exceedingly gracious. Rick went and opened the game for us, but unfortunately could not find the game card. I apologize to my daughter and say, “Daddy messed up on this one,” and Rick takes pity on me. He tells my daughter he will “check the system,” and sure enough, her card is magically on file and he credits her 250 tickets so she can get candy and knickknacks. HUGE shoutout to Rick for bailing me out with my daughter. I really appreciate it!

The grandsons loved it. School's in session so we just about had the place to ourselves minus a few toddlers from the area.

This location is a go-to for us. Expect at least one game not to work & they no longer have the trampoline, unfortunately. Other than that, generally pretty good. They keep things clean & wait times for the register & food are fair.
